Myristol Testimonials

"In my opinion Myristol is by far the best joint supplement we can offer our clients.  We have seen dramatic improvements in many older horses and one 30 year old mule after starting them on Myristol.  We have had owners who felt improvement may have been coincidental and started their animals back on a feed store supplement, only to have the signs return.  Improvement in these cases was rapid and dramatic after switching back to Myristol.  I also like the daily supplementation approach Myristol provides compared to the injectables which are given once or twice per month."

"Over the years I have tried different joint health supplements.  Myristol is the one product where clients come back and say it really works.  Myristol is the only joint health supplement I currently recommend."

"Musher Jason Barron has competed in the Iditarod sled dog race for the past 6 years.  In 2006 he experienced his best finish coming in eighth.  For this race Jason began with 28 canine athletes that trained a total of 3200 miles.  His dogs were all 3 and 4 years old with the exception of four 2 year olds.  From this group of 28 dogs, 16 were selected for the 1120 mile Anchorage to Nome, AK race.

Jason has indicated that the most common reason for canine athletes to be dropped from training or racing is joint problems, and that during this past year none of his dogs were dropped from either training or racing for joint related problems. Jason is convinced that it was Myristol that allowed him to complete the season without his dogs experiencing any joint problems."

"Myristol is the most comprehensive joint supplement I can recommend for my canine and equine patients.  It supports the components of cartilage to keep it healthy and additionally has anti-inflammatory and lubricating properties.  I’ve seen the greatest results in the animals with existing joint problems and pain.  What I’m starting to realize is the potential for prevention of these problems in the younger equine and canine athletes."

"For over 2 years, I have recommended Myristol for my canine patients as well as to referring veterinarians.  It is one of the most complete joint supplements on the market.  Myristol, along with weight loss, provides an excellent medical approach to managing arthritis.  When patients return for their 6 week recheck, they are clinically less lame, less painful, and the owners claim the dogs are more active."

"Sterlin was my first horse.  He was a big surprise!  It all started when I was going to a regular riding lesson on a regular school day with all the regular lesson horses.  I got out of the car and went into the arena and there right in front of me stood Sterlin.  My trainer said a lady was trying to sell him because she had a new horse.  I got to ride him in the lesson for the first time!  As time went on, I kept riding Sterlin and no one was buying him.  I kept begging my dad, but he just said “No”.  I stopped begging and one cold, winter riding night my whole family, even my three older brothers, came to watch.  I became suspicious!  When I got to the arena, I went in and there was Sterlin with a big red bow on his neck.  I couldn’t believe it, Sterlin was MINE!!!

A few months after we bought Sterlin, he started bucking.  We had a vet come and he said he might have a back problem.  So, we called a chiropractor to come out and she said that Sterlin might have arthritis.  She cracked his back and gave him acupuncture.  Sterlin kept on bucking so we started him taking glucosamine.  He still bucked!  Now Sterlin has Myristol and he is my perfect pony again.  We have a show coming up and I can’t wait."

"Barrel racing is a tough sport. A good barrel horse uses every part of their body when asked to run as fast as they can run and stop and turn as hard as they can turn! A competitive barrel horse is an athlete that gives 110% with every performance. Therefore, I try to take a good of care of my horses as I possibly can through conditioning, care and nutrition. One of the products I use for the maintenance of joint and tissue health is MYRISTOL.

Many of you know my horse Oaken Lena--aka Opie--and the soundness issues he has faced in the last few years. He is a horse with a willing attitude and big heart with a lot of try. I started supplementing him with Myristol about two years ago on the advice of my vet Dr. Wendy Simmons and the encouragement of Dr. Gayle Trotter who is instrumental in designing this product. I noticed a difference in Opie right away. He was more flexible and his stride under saddle was smoother and more fluent. In the fall of 2005 he had to have a chip removed from his left knee. During the recovery I continued the Myristol and followed the recommended protocol for therapy and treatment. It took several months--9 to be exact--but knowing the chip was significant and the surgery was extensive I was willing to wait. Opie has since returned to work and is coming back to the competitive arena very strong. I believe in this product because I use it and I have seen the results with my own horses. I would not hesitate to recommend this to any person that wants the best for their horse for a reasonable price. It is a big bang for your buck."
