Welcome to the new Myristol e-commerce website. E-commerce has been made available to facilitate order placement, particularly after hours or on weekends.

Veterinarians wishing to receive wholesale pricing should:

• Register with this site using the My Account link.
• Texas veterinarians complete the For Resale form and fax it to 1-817-594-8202.
• Call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-525-8602 and say "I am a veterinarian wanting to order Myristol products online and would like my account to be marked as eligible for wholesale pricing. I have registered with the Myristol.com website using my email address of (email address).

Once your account has been flagged for wholesale pricing, each time you login to our site in the future, you will see the wholesale prices and can order products as needed. Veterinarians can still also order by telephone as they have done previously (800-525-8602).

• First, establish a wholesale pricing account (as above).
• Click on the DVM Affiliate link at the bottom of any page on this site and complete the form that follows.
• Fill out a W-9 form form and fax it to 1-817-594-8202.
• Account activation may take 24 hours. You will be notified by telephone or email.
• Once activated, login to your customer account using the 'My Account' link, then click on the 'Visit My Affiliate Page' link at the bottom of your account page.
